Managing Architect
Xander’s flight logs are as dynamic as his personality and as impressive as his resume. You can talk about anything under the sun with this Sagittarius and for sure, your conversation will last for hours. His very sociable nature and witty attitude makes it easy to hang out with him. Currently, his favorite thing to do is jump between Bangkok and Manila trying to decide which country has the best mangoes!
Xander is an architect with more than 15 years of experience. He is also an Assistant Professor at the University of the Philippines, where he teaches Tropical Architecture and supervises undergraduate and postgraduate students doing their capstone projects on sustainable architecture and heritage conservation.

For Dorothy, the possibilities are endless. From living in Singapore and Jakarta, she has seen her fair share of the world. As she continues to broaden her horizons through different cultures and people, she welcomes anyone and anything that come her way, often facing them with a driven attitude and a smile on her face. As a Taurus, her vibrant personality and cheerful vibe really stands out.
Dorothy has a wide array of experiences from working on an extensive portfolio under Shimizu Corporation. Her 10 years in Shimizu allowed her to garner a comprehensive skill set in both the architectural design and construction industries.

Gianna, the team’s resident Sagittarius/Aussie, has such a carefree attitude that she’s always open to trying new things and exploring new fields. With an open-mind and an adventurous heart, she never fails to explore all her options and be the resourceful girlie that she is. Everytime there’s a chance for her to grow better, she always does without fail.
